TapWave is a fanmade Beatstar Mods related Discord server owned and moderated by Nik. In this server he releases various charts for Beatclone as if he were dropping packs for his own fictional rhythm game (hence why he refers to the game as "TapWave" when talking about it in the server).

Creation

TapWave was born after Nik joined Tilestar, a similar project made by D1aN. The server was made on July 5th, released for a few people on July 10th and then made public on July 20th.

As of January 10th, 2026, the TapWave server has 48 members.

Waves And Wave Passes

Waves and Wave passes are the main song drops that are released on TapWave. The name for both drops was chosen by Skystrike because he wanted to relate drops to the game itself.

Waves are song drops which consist of around 3-6 songs. Most of the time, they do not include deluxe versions.

Wave passes are bundle drops which consist of 9 songs including their deluxe counterparts, similar to Beatstar Tour Passes. The icon was designed by Ky.
