ExternalAddress4401 is the developer of the Beatstar mod, alongside being the owner/creator of the Beatstar mods server. He is usually known in the server as just "External". He uses the Discord server mostly to share updates to the Beatclone app, servers, or website, as well as commenting on posts in the support forum to help players with issues.

He has a lot of technical knowledge and programming skills, and is known for working very hard to quickly fix issues with the modded app. After the Beatstar shutdown was announced, he put a lot of work into creating a private server to keep the game running, and managed to get it completely set up before the shutdown date.

External is known for being helpful with people who read the instructions and have genuine questions, but dislikes people who are rude or demanding, or who ask questions he has already answered. When talking in the general servers, he mostly talks about technical details related to the mod or his work on it, but has also been known to make jokes and join in with more casual conversations occasionally. He often makes joking comments towards Trashfire, who he knows in real life.
