SkySapphire has released Song Drop #1 On December 7, 2025 in FusionBeatz's Server and His YouTube Channel. It is unknown if he will release it in the Beatstar Mods Workshop. But the Drop contains 5 normals, 2 hards, and one deluxe normal. It also has deluxes except Starlight DX is a standard-less chart since he made a deluxe of it of FusionBeatz's chart. But On February 15th, 2026. SkySapphire has released Mini Song Drop #1 in Beatstar Mods Workshop, FusionBeatz's server, and BeatstarKing99's Server. The Drop contains 2 normals and 1 hard but it has deluxe as mini song drop doesn't come with the deluxe.

Freddy is an admin for and co-founder of the Beatstar Mods Discord server. He helped ExternalAddress4401 with setting up the server channels, roles, permissions and rules when the server was first created. He was the first Server Admin and was the main admin responsible for running the server, making changes and announcements, and recruiting new mods during the first year of the server's existence.

Freddy was also responsible for hosting the server's first events, which were originally held every time the server's member count gained another 1000 members. These events included charting contests, a community created and voted tour pass, a server icon design contest and a meme contest. Some of the later contests were co-hosted with [[Drakni]].

After March 2023, Freddy became less active in the server, sometimes not talking for months at a time, though he would come back to check in occasionally. His admin duties were eventually taken over by [[Trashfire]]. Now, he is still well known and respected within the community. There is an emote of his profile picture named "freddyappearanceemote" that is used when he shows up in the server to say hi.

Originally, installing the modified Beatstar app required users to uninstall their vanilla (unmodified) [[Beatstar]] apps, and there was no way to keep Beatstar and the mod installed at the same time. To fix this, Kabon cloned the app created by [[ExternalAddress4401]], to create a version called Beatclone that could be installed alongside the original Beatstar app. He started sharing this cloned version in the Beatstar Mods server on March 31st 2022, and continued sharing Beatclone updates there until his departure from the server, when [[Trashfire]] instead took over.

=== Role as a server Moderator ===
Kabon was given the Server Moderator role in the Beatstar Mods server on July 8th 2023 by request, since he wanted to rewrite the outdated FAQ and guides in the server. At the beginning of his time as a moderator, he made a lot of positive changes to the server and was respected. However, later on, Kabon began to ban people from the server over small things such as not reading the instructions, or for behaviour outside of the Discord server. Notably, he banned [[Weh]] for putting a middle finger reaction on one of Kabon's messages.

Because of this, he was given multiple warnings by Trashfire, and eventually removed as a moderator on April 13th 2024.

=== Departure from the community ===
On July 9th 2025, Kabon decided to leave the Beatstar Mods community, stating that he had been planning to leave the Beatstar community altogether for a long time. He left instructions on how to create the cloned version of the app, so that someone else could take over. He also intended to leave the Beatstar Leaks server and pass ownership on to someone else, but accidentally deleted it instead.

He first shared these to the official Beatstar subreddit, but was soon banned, and created r/BeatstarLeaks to share information instead. This led to Brawl19 creating a Discord server for people to more easily discuss the leaks and the early development of Beatclone.

ExternalAddress4401 shared some of his discoveries in this server, including information on leaked hidden songs, other information such as how the game's promo codes worked, and he also shared APK files for the very early Beatclone versions, prior to the creation of the [[Beatstar Mods (Discord server)|Beatstar Mods Discord server]] and Beatclone's official release. These versions of Beatclone allowed players to unlock all songs including the unreleased ones, but didn't include custom song support.

The Beatclone Server Awards is an annual community event in the [[Beatstar Mods (Discord server)|Beatstar Mods Discord server]], hosted by [[Starry]] in 2024 and 2025. The awards were created to show recognition for skilled charters and other prominent members of the community, with awards for the best charts of the year, best charters, best players, and general community awards in multiple different categories.

=== Format ===
The awards take place in two stages. First, there is a nomination round, where community members fill out a form to nominate other members (or themselves) for awards across different categories. These nominations are then used for the second round, the voting round, where the top 4 nominees for each category are voted on by the community to determine a winner. A video is created with information on the nominees for each category, showing gameplay of nominated charts, gameplay of some random charts for nominated charters, and other information for players or community award nominees.

After the voting round is over, the winners are announced, and winners of all categories besides the community awards are given the Contest Winner role.

The 2024 awards were initially announced and opened for the nomination round on August 19th 2024. The voting round began on September 30th 2024. The winners were announced on November 30th 2024, after a quick tiebreaker poll for the Best Insane Chart category between Light Here, Light Now by ItzEspect and Light It Up by foxxo. There were a total of 73 members who contributed to the nomination round, and 83 who voted in the voting round.

A video is created with information on the nominees for each category, showing gameplay of nominated charts, gameplay of some random charts for nominated charters, and other information for players or community award nominees.

After the voting round is over, the winners are announced, and winners of all categories besides the community awards are given the Contest Winner role.

After joining the server, Lando first became known for repeatedly talking about the removed [[Beatstar]] song Kiesza - Hideaway, constantly talking about how much he loved the song, saying he thought it would be re-added to Beatstar, and asking Charters in the server to chart it. This odd behaviour drew attention to him within the community, and led to [[Trashfire]] warning him to stop pinging charters asking about it.

=== Staines-upon-Thames ===
It soon became clear that English was not Lando's first language, as he would often speak in broken English, use unusual/incorrect words for the context, and misunderstand people. He spoke Russian in the server sometimes, so server members assumed he was Russian. However, Lando insisted throughout his time in the server that he was not Russian, that he was from the UK and had lived there his whole life, with English being his first language.

The fact that this was clearly a lie led to server members questioning him on where exactly he was from, and he ended up claiming to be from Staines-upon-Thames. This led to Staines-upon-Thames becoming a running joke within the server, with people joking about going to Staines-upon-Thames to meet Lando, or to have a server meetup there. To this day it is unknown why Lando decided to lie about his country or language, especially considering the Beatstar Mods server has a large Russian community already.

=== "My phone was broken" ===
At some point, Lando left the server unexpectedly, only to return later on. When people commented on his return and asked him why he left, he said that he hadn't left the server, but that his phone had broken, and now it was fixed. Despite Lando's explanation, the server logs clearly showed him leaving and rejoining the server.

=== Miscommunication incidents ===
Lando, likely due to his poor understanding of English, tended to assume that people were attacking him and get angry at them over completely normal messages. One example of this is when he shared a list of song suggestions and asked people to rate his concept, and [[Ky|Ayra]] replied saying that encores were one of the Beatstar developers' shittiest concepts. External is known for being helpful with people who read the instructions and have genuine questions, but dislikes people who are rude or demanding, or who ask questions he has already answered. After talking in the server for a while, he tried to advertise his Discord server again, but was blocked by AutoMod.

On October 16th 2024, he asked [[Trashfire]] to unban his original account, and Trashfire agreed. On November 3rd, he posted a chart stolen from the Beatstar Leaks server to the workshop channel, claiming that it was his own chart. As a result, he was banned from the Leaks server, and warned not to steal charts again. On the same day, it was reported to the Server Moderators that he was under the minimum age of 13, and so he was banned from the Beatstar Mods server on both accounts.

The same day, he rejoined on a new account, TrashBin, and was immediately suspected of being another A4L alt. He posted a few 20 second long charts, but was banned for ban evasion the next day. This worked for a while, but eventually he figured out that he could get around it by fully factory resetting his phone, reinstalling the app and making a new account every time he rejoined the server.

This system was then replaced with a new one that has so far been successful in containing him and preventing him from getting access to the general channels every time he joins the server. He still attempts to rejoin every week or so, and his accounts are still being banned whenever they are discovered by server mods.
